      <image:caption>Are you the one doing the emotional work in your relationship? Do you feel pressure to be a the best parent possible? Are you emotionally exhausted but struggle to self-care? Do you feel dismissed when you seek help for your physical health problems? Are you burnt out from systems designed for neurotypicals? Do you want to be more understood in your romantic relationships? Are you experiencing discrimination, bullying or microaggressions? These types of challenges can come up for people who are not feeling seen or heard in their family, home life, workplace or health setting and can lead to frustration, resentment, guilt, isolation and struggles with identity. If my clients are experiencing these difficulties, they often tend to ask me to help them to: -            reconnect with themselves -            break cycles of emotional exhaustion -            take control of their career -            get back on their feet -            help them have better relationships   -            self-care in a way that works for them -         adjust to an illness I then utilise my 17 years of clinical experience in mental health and specialisms in neurodivergence, mental health, chronic health problems and parenting, to develop a tailored therapy plan that privileges their voice and needs. I start with my client’s situation, strengths and story, before exploring symptoms i.e. things like low mood or panic or headaches. I then adapt Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, Narrative therapy and Systemic Therapy to suit my clients’ social, generational and cultural life and create an empowering space for recovery. Through listening to my client’s story, I help them understand themselves in a way that allows them to have a better relationship with themselves and others. This work often involves understanding and working on some of the following problem areas: -            Anxiety -            Low mood or Depression -            Low self-esteem -            Stress and Burnout -            Challenges with Neurodivergence - ADHD coaching -            Health stress -            Parenting stress -            Boundary work -            Relationships</image:caption>
